| Comments: | One expects to be in and out of Applebee's within 45 min at the most. We were there for 2 hours when they weren't even busy. We sat there for atleast 20 minutes without even getting our first drinks. When the drinks were finally brought, they were wrong, had to go to the bar to rectify, as our server was of course, MIA. Food was excellent, once she got it all right. She even messed up dessert. We asked her if she was new here, and she said no. We thought that if she was new, that would explain everything. Finally I complained to the manager, before I had a heart attack. He apologized, and brought 2 $5 gift cards, when there were three not happy people at the table. The waitress then came to our table and apologized for her poor service, and thanked us very much for telling the worst manager there, and now she was in very big trouble. Then she
stood there waiting for us to say something. Called the next day to complain about that, still haven't heard back from the general manager. It's been two weeks. DEFINITELY WON'T BE BACK TO THAT LOCATION EVER!!!!! |

| Comments: | Decided to try this location one more time. Big mistake. Walked in there on a Wednesday night at 10:35 pm. Waitress came over to greet our table by saying it was last call for food and drinks and did we want anything. Ordered a drink and dinner (which was not up to the usual there), and never saw the waitress again until she brought our bill. We wanted another drink around 11:10, and the manager said that their liquor license expires at 11:00. While we were eating, they turned off almost every light in the restaurant, and the employees were pretty much just waiting for the few tables to leave so they could. I felt like my food was thrown in front of me, and I was pushed out the door. Called the next day to find out when last call is each day, and the person who answered the phone said midnight each day. Not only will I never go back to that location, I will not go to any location. |

| Comments: | This is one of the worst Applebees I've ever been to. Lunch took 40 minutes to serve and the food was terrible.
The manager came by to ask the table next to us how their meal was and ignored us. I then mentioned the slow service and asked if he was short handed. He answered, "Yes we are" and walked off.
Stay away from this one ! |

| Comments: | The worst thing about Applebee's is the noise level - - dining should be an enjoyable and relaxing experience; one should not be required to wear earplugs. The next worst thing is the quality of the staff - - perhaps if they hired employees over the age of 10 it would help...oh, I'm sorry, I must have just thought they were that age based on how they
presented themselves - - extremely immature. Be sure you have plenty of
time on your hands because your meal will not arrive any sooner than 30
minutes after you place your order. Oh, you may want to take a bullhorn
with you so you can call for your server if you need anything; otherwise
you won't see him/her until they want your money. The food? Well, let's
see now, what can one say about the quality of the food ... it tastes worse
than last week's leftovers. Do I recommend dining at Applebees? Only if
you want to walk out with a headache, indigestion, and don't mind throwing
your money away. |

| Comments: | This Applebee's use to be the place to go. Over the past 2
years, they have lost a lot of long term employees that were tired of the
politics, and their service and food has went down hill. We use to
frequent the restaurant at least once a week, now they will be lucky if
they see us once a year. We will spend our money and take our friends
and family elsewhere. I am not sure if this is a management problem, but
something has happened for the worst and I am positive they have lost a
number of regular guests... |
