| Comments: | Because the restaurant is small, the noise from the bar guests is very loud and disruptive. That, along with the juke box too loud, and three televisions showing sports, it was not a peaceful atmosphere. Food is good, but not superb. |

| Comments: | We ate dinner at the Stonewall Inn recently and were pleasantly surprised by the festive atmosphere. It felt like we were at a party because we ran into so many people that we knew. The place was hopping. Stonewall has not just the main restaurant for fine dining, but a British-style pub next to the dining area that serves up good imported beers on tap. They also make pizzas and serve them at a pizza cafe just across the parking lot. There are lots of flowers and nice landscaping on the grounds. This is a great place to go and have dinner outside. |

| Comments: | Someone had a good idea when they opened this restaurant;
problem is, they didn't follow through. A suggestion: close the bar off
from the dining area because the loud drunks and even louder TV are VERY
distracting. There's no way diners can carry on a conversation without
yelling at each other. The food was okay, not worth the price though. |

| Comments: | We had heard so many wonderful things about Stonewall Inn ... so we tried the restaurant. I loved the atomosphere - we ate off the bar area and I felt like I was in an ol' pub. The fried chicken was so good (much better than Strouds) and huge portions of everything!! They had a nice place to eat outside. Next time I go back I will try the pizza!!

We eventually left after the 1 1/2 and never did get the meal. The worst part the lack of caring on the part of the help. Why anyone would ever return to this establishment is beyond me.... |
