| Comments: | We had made a reservation for 4. When we got to the restaurant, the host said it was for 2, and wanted to argue about it. I don't know why, because the restaurant was 3/4 empty. We were disappointed in the food. The veal was not tender, and appeared to be overcooked. The chicken spidini was flattened chicken breast pieces that had been breaded and baked, with little flavor. The sauce over the lasagna was over salted.
It's not likely that we will go back to this restaurant, because there are
too many other good Italian restaurants in KC. |

| Comments: | I have been to this restaurant probably around 50 or so times over the past 6 years. my family and I have become good friends with the owner, and the food has always been superb. the oven in the moddle of the restaurant is truly unique. this has been a favorite hidden treasure of mine for years! |
