| Comments: | Uptown Diner is a great family restaurant with terrific food! The Mac & Cheese is the best anywhere in town. The service has always been very attentive and the kids love the balloon guy on Friday and Saturday. The soda fountain has a huge variety of offerings--it's worth a trip just for the soda fountain! There's sometimes a short wait on the weekend, but we always wait since the food and service are worth it! |

| Comments: | The last few times there the service has been horrible. The last time the waitress took our order and brought the food and that was all that we saw of her other than to watch her go past to other tables. |

| Comments: | Had been there before and the food was only ok. Went back with a friend who wanted to go there. We were seated by a host who acted as though our presence there was an imposotion to him. After the initial bad experience, our server decided not to serve us. After realizing that we had been sitting there for almost 30 minutes with not so much as an ackowlagement of our existence we got up found the manager, told him we would not return and left for a restaurant with service. The food there is okay at best, the only thing they have to hold on to customers is atmosphere and service. Atmosphere was ok, but service was non-existent and rude at best. |
